Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) is creating a regional center of excellence for medical services, medical education, and life science research and development in the Middle East

The purpose of DHCC initiative is to provide the highest quality healthcare services to medical care and wellness seekers from the region by creating a world-class cluster of healthcare professionals and service providers at the heart of Dubai.

The Dubai Flower Centre is located within the Dubai International Airport , and is managed by the Dubai Cargo Village , the Middle East 's award-winning airport cargo operation.

The zone has been designed to accommodate for a large number of companies according to their desires. The location of the project selected for easy access and escape to the area form all sides and other northern emirates and for easy reach to Jebel Ali Port.

The Dubai Government has provided 12 million square feet of land. It will charge 0.40 fils a square foot as rent from the tenants for the first 15 years.
